空気注入法

脆弱性曲線を測定するための手法の一つ。生体内でキャビテーションを起こす空気核の引き込み（air-seeding）が木部の負圧と大気圧との圧力差で生じることに倣い、枝の周囲の空気を加圧することで木部負圧との圧力差を発生させ、空気核の引き込みを実験的に再現する。
