======Bench dehydration method======
**乾燥法**

[[v:vulnerability_curve|脆弱性曲線]]を測定するための手法の一つ。採取した多数の枝を実験室内で異なる時間、自然乾燥させ、各枝の水ポテンシャルと[[h:hydraulic_conductivity|通水度]]（もしくは[[p:plc|PLC]]）をプロットし、一つの[[v:vulnerability_curve|脆弱性曲線]]を得る。枝で実験的に[[e:embolism|エンボリズム]]を起こす方法は複数あるが、乾燥法は野外で起きる乾燥過程を最もよく再現している。
